Sorry for the late blog

Hey, Sorry I have been away from this blog, I have been crazy busy, several buyers, a listing, a couple of sellers who needed love and a Parachute (a buyer who just pops in) , We love all of our clients, I was just told that I am clearly number # 1 in Richmond Hill and was in the top five of the Savannah Board of Realtors for 2008 and looks like 2009 too. Wow , I realized that there are about 1800 Realtors in the board, . I am proud of that. I have to always remember that Great service and not counting the Commission will keep us ahead of the others!!!!

What a week!!!

Wow. I have been reminded that we are always busy in October. I seem to forget this every year. We had three buyers this week, All Military All coming to the area from Over seas, (cold areas) they are going to love our great weather, Not sure when to tell people about the sand Gnats. (our small bugs that really bug!!) Randy

It's Wednesday!!!!

It's been a busy morning already! I have been to Pooler and back already. Had a good meeting with Randy, Amber, and the First Bank crew! Now it's time for Randy to go get my computer from Ray!! I need to do some work!!!! I am going out of my mind without my computer. I am sure Randy is ready for me to have it back because I have been sitting at his desk for 2 days!!!!!

Cool Weather!

It has been a little cooler here the last couple of days. I will take this weather over the heat any day!! Randy and Drew just left to put up signs, flyers, and get some goodies for our Relocation Packets! It's going to be a good day. I just hope Ray can fix my computer! I can't work on that slow machine any more. Shallyn

The wonderful Rain !

Great weekend, The baseball team didn't do as well as I would have liked but thats baseball. Great weekend any way. Two offers on our homes and made an offer on a home. This market is still soooo much better than other parts of the country, We are very fortunate!!! Going to sell two homes this week!!!! I told my staff that "this is the big leagues when it comes to REAL ESTATE" ! oh by the way it's raining. Randy Bocook

It is going to be a great day! Drew is showing homes again today. Contract! Contract! Contract!!!!! I am going to get more information put into my new software (that I have had for 3 months)!!!

FRIDAY!!

I have been asked sooo many times if I am excited that it is "Friday". I am telling the truth when I say that I love what I do, I have not had one day in the 11 years that I have been selling homes that I hated to go to work or was super excited it was friday. I work a lot but I am still a good Dad, (take time to play) I think that most people don't do what they love or they just have a Job. Selling homes is a passion. (okay there are some of my listing that are taking toooo long to sell , I know!) But I will get it done, I always do. Randy

Big Football Game today!!

My son has a big football game today, nothing like getting excited for 11 year old football!!!!! Calvary VS Savannah Christian !!!!! today at 5:30, It's big because my son is playing my owners son!!!!

Quiet Day in the Office!!!

Wow! I have been in the office all day by myself. It is so peaceful and I have gotten a lot of work done. Drew and Randy are out with clients, we received 2 offers on our listings, and we had a closing today!!!! Can we say PRODUCTIVE!!!! Not to mention the weather is soooo nice today. Shallyn

Hey, Great weekend, Had a buyer and got an offer for my home cricket court. We countered the offer , just waiting to see if it goes, Drew is out with a great lady and her kids from NY, We love snow birds. Our weather , taxes, and schools are the main reason!!!

Rain Rain Rain,

i love the rain, but its hard to take pictures of homes in it and show homes when its wet! I did hear that we needed it. Not sure why thats always true but I'll buy it. Great couples in this weekend, Got an offer on my Cricket home in Oxford!!! That neighborhood is very popular~~~

We are up and running !!

New Blog is now up on site!! I am glad to post the everyday life of our Real estate Team. We are planning on a great October and November! The $8,000 tax credit has been a gift~~~.
